Fitness
- I will work out 3 times a week. No matter what, no exceptions. More is okay, less is not.
Food
- No eating crap! Make a meal plan each week and stick to it as much as possible. With working 10 hour days, failing to plan really will be preparing to fail! Paleo really does work for my body, so go back to that.
- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate with water!
Sleep
- Being at work at 7am is going to be tough- in bed by 9:30 at the latest Sunday – Wednesday (work nights).
Organization
- Work on organizing home office- especially getting filing cabinet cleaned up!
Miscellaneous
- No matter how busy and stressful life gets, take time each day to be thankful.
